The new hardware is in place and Family Search Indexing is back up again. They have warned there may be intermittent outages as they monitor and refine the servers, but if you have problems with launching the program, get out of Indexing, wait a few minutes and log back on. They indicated that should be all that is needed. If you have continued issues, don't hesitate to phone us at 801-737-4787 or the help desk at 866-406-1830.

ADDENDUM 3-12-11: The system is back down (as you probably already know, that is why you are checking the Blog) We hope that Monday will bring a resolution to the issues which have plagued the system this week. Keep trying to get on, perhaps it will be fixed at any moment...
